In order to comply with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its regulations and other applicable provisions, KTK GENERAL CONTRACTOR SA DE CV (hereinafter "KONTRAKTE") makes the following Privacy Notice available to you:

1.Identity and address of the responsible party:

KONTRAKTE declares to be a company legally constituted under the laws of the United Mexican States, indicating as domicile to hear and receive notifications related to this Privacy Notice, the one located at Pirámides del Sol 98, Colonia Las Pirámides, Zapopan Jalisco Mexico.

2. Purposes of data processing:

The personal data that KONTRAKTE collects consists of any information that you freely and voluntarily provide by any means of communication permitted by law, such as full name, email, gender, nationality, marital status, telephone, conventional address, fiscal address, financial data, Federal Taxpayers Registry.

Sensitive Data:

Sensitive data are considered those that affect the most intimate sphere of its holder, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the holder; as well as those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference. KONTRAKTE does not collect sensitive data.

3. Means to limit the use or disclosure of data:

KONTRAKTE has the security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data in order to preserve the confidentiality and in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

4.Means to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition ("ARCO"):

You have the right to access the personal data provided to KONTRAKTE and the details of the processing thereof, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes.

For the above, you must send a request to the e-mail: info@kontrakte.com , which must contain the following: (i) name of the owner and e-mail to communicate the response to your request; (ii) documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which it seeks to exercise any of the above rights, and (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

Once the request has been received, KONTRAKTE will have a period of 20 (twenty) business days to respond to it. If the request is accepted, KONTRAKTE will make it effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated.

5.Transfer of data:

KONTRAKTE is not required to transmit or transfer your personal data within or outside the country so your information cannot be shared in these cases, therefore we do not require your authorization to do so.

You tacitly consent to the processing and use of your personal data for the purposes and uses that have been expressed in this Privacy Notice which has been made available to you, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

6.Modifications to the Privacy Notice:

KONTRAKTE reserves the right to change and/or modify this Privacy Notice at any time. In case there is any change, it will be published on our website.
